Sinclair is hiring a Chief Financial Officer to lead the global finance function of a privately owned, medium-sized international medical aesthetics company. The role will drive business turnaround and transformation, improve cash, profitability, working capital and controls, rebuild the finance organisation, oversee manufacturing and supply-chain finance, strengthen governance and compliance, and support strategic transactions. The position is global across more than 27 countries, with Shanghai preferred but not mandatory, and requires substantial international finance leadership experience, a recognised professional accounting qualification, and fluency in English.
