Evidence Action is seeking an innovative Chief Growth Officer to lead a step-change increase in the organization's impact. This full-time role involves driving fundraising, communications, and thought leadership across various donor channels, including retail and major individual donors, strategic foundations, and institutions. The successful candidate will own the roadmap, vision, and execution of scaling donations, manage a team of ten employees, and serve on the executive leadership team. They will leverage their extensive experience in fundraising, analytical skills, and team-building capabilities to achieve substantial growth in donations.
