Description
The Chief Human Resources Officer will serve as a business executive and trusted adviser to the CEO, Board, and executive leadership team at Upstate Niagara Cooperative, a multi-site manufacturing organization. The role owns the enterprise human capital strategy, culture, leadership development, talent and succession systems, performance management, HR governance, labor relations, compliance, total rewards, and HR technology modernization. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience including enterprise responsibility in an organization of 1,000 or more employees, substantial multi-site manufacturing experience, and regular travel among company facilities. The position supervises the enterprise HR function and designated direct reports and pays $265,000–$325,000 annually, with possible group health and/or dental insurance and other benefits.
