Description
Solano County is seeking a Chief Information Officer to lead its 74-member Department of Information Technology and serve as a strategic technology executive and advisor to County leadership. The role oversees enterprise technology across infrastructure, cybersecurity, application development, data services, public safety communications, digital transformation, and customer support; manages an approximately $51 million annual budget; and guides modernization, emerging technologies, and technology investments. The position requires broad enterprise technology knowledge, strong technical and business acumen, strategic judgment, communication, relationship-building, and adaptability.
