CAIS is hiring a Chief Information Security Officer to lead cybersecurity and operational risk management for its financial services firm. The role combines strategic security governance with hands-on work in architecture, cloud and network security, incident response, threat hunting, vulnerability management, data protection, and AI security. It requires a regulated-industry cybersecurity background, strong risk and compliance expertise, and experience with AI/ML security; CISSP, CISM, or CISA certifications are preferred. The position is based in New York and offers a hybrid in-office model with at least three days per week in the office, a base salary of $270,000–$320,000, and subsidized healthcare, dental, and vision insurance.
