Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Spring Health

Spring Health is hiring a Chief Information Security Officer to lead enterprise-wide information security, technology risk, compliance, and IT strategy. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the CISO will oversee security operations, application and cloud security, identity and access management, incident response, GRC, corporate IT, and business technology operations, while advising executive leadership and the Board on cybersecurity risk and regulatory readiness. The role is hybrid, based in New York City or San Francisco, with an expectation to work in the office two to three days per week and requires 15+ years of progressive security, cybersecurity, IT, or technology risk experience. The target base salary is $299,000 to $344,000, with equity and benefits.
