TOMORIS is hiring a Chief Information Security Officer to serve as the highest authority for security, responsible for strategy, governance, cyber defense, compliance, risk analysis, incident response, architecture approvals, security roadmaps, and enterprise security operations. The role advises the CEO, CTO, and leadership team, leads security teams, supports customer board-level advisory, and prepares for audits. Candidates need at least 5–8 years of IT security experience, strong Microsoft, Azure, firewall, network, zero-trust, incident-response, and threat-modeling knowledge, leadership experience, and professional German and English. The position is classified under the IT collective agreement, with stated gross monthly ranges of €5,301, €6,059, and €6,781 depending on the level, plus additional compensation for the CISO role.
