Allucent is hiring an experienced Chief Medical Officer to lead Medical Affairs and Pharmacovigilance strategy, operations, and profitability for a global CRO supporting small and medium biopharmaceutical companies. The role is part of the senior leadership team, oversees safety systems and reporting, manages direct reports, and drives business development, client relationships, and departmental performance. The position is home-based with a hybrid option requiring two days per week in office for employees near global offices.
