CRS is recruiting a Chief of Party to lead and manage an anticipated five-year, multi-country health project in Liberia funded by the U.S. Department of State. The role oversees project implementation, donor compliance, subaward and budget management, stakeholder and partner relationships, staff supervision, program quality, learning, communications, and security risk mitigation. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a health-related, international development, or international relations field, at least eight years of relevant management and health technical experience, experience managing donor funds, and at least two years managing staff. The position requires fluent English, willingness to travel up to 25% to remote low-resource locations, and offers benefits based on the country of employment.
