Description
Deep Fission is hiring a Chief of Staff to the CEO to serve as a peer on the leadership team and build the company’s board process, leadership operating rhythm, commitment-tracking system, and accountability structures. The role also prepares the CEO for meetings and investor engagements, owns designated strategic initiatives, and represents the CEO with board members, investors, and senior partners. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of senior management experience, experience in strategic planning and organizational design, and a background in public-company or regulated-industry environments.
