HelloFresh Canada is hiring a Chief of Staff to the CEO to serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team. The role focuses on strategic planning, OKR leadership, budgeting support, organizational design, cross-functional collaboration, corporate infrastructure, real estate procurement, capital and construction governance, and operational improvements. It requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant analytical field and at least seven years of progressively senior experience scaling a fast-growth business or consultancy. The position offers a flexible hybrid arrangement with at least two office days per week, health and dental benefits, and a Toronto pay range of $150,000–$160,000 CAD.
