Sapien is hiring a Chief of Staff to support the founders and leadership team by managing priorities, preparing board and investor materials, leading cross-functional projects, and owning the operational layer behind sales, customer success, revenue reporting, and GTM systems. The role also covers strategic planning, operational improvement, recruiting support, and scaling as headcount grows. Candidates should have 4–7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or a senior operator role at a high-growth startup, along with finance fluency, systems-building, strong written communication, and AI-native capabilities.
