Sphinx is hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO across sales, GTM, marketing, product, operations, people, and strategy. The role owns or drives high-leverage initiatives, coordinates launches and partnerships, builds hiring and operational processes, and helps establish foundations for future teams as the company scales. Candidates should be organized, execution-focused, adaptable, clear communicators, and impact-oriented. The position includes comprehensive healthcare, unlimited PTO, an annual offsite, paid relocation, temporary housing, and office meals.
