This full-time hybrid role, reporting to the VP, Chief of Staff and based in NYC, is responsible for strategically tackling high-leverage business problems to ensure the company efficiently achieves organizational objectives with breakthrough results. The role involves leveraging data-driven insights, fixing problem areas, building and driving processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and staying abreast of external trends. Requires 5-7 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy, 1-2 years of operating experience at a hypergrowth start-up, and a BA or BS degree; MBA is a plus.
