Description
Ally Behavior is hiring a Chief of Staff to support the executive team and drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across service access, capacity, payor and revenue-cycle performance, market expansion, referral growth, service-line pilots, and clinical quality. The role owns initiatives end to end, builds operating cadences, creates dashboards and process improvements, and translates executive decisions into execution. It requires at least six years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, business operations, finance, or program leadership in a high-growth business, with healthcare, payor, expansion, and process-improvement experience preferred. The position offers total compensation of $175,000 to $225,000 USD, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
