DV Trading is hiring a Chief of Staff in Hong Kong to support the expansion of its Asia-Pacific equities and ETF market-making business. The role manages the desk’s planning and reporting, coordinates cross-functional projects across trading, technology, operations, risk, compliance, legal, finance, HR, and other teams, and oversees initiatives such as market entry, broker onboarding, hiring, and infrastructure projects. The position requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, fluent English and Mandarin, and is based in Hong Kong or requires relocation.
