Paired is hiring a Chief of Staff for a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer subscription company. The role reports directly to the CEO, owns accountability and urgency across customer service, TikTok Shop, Amazon, operations, retention, and finance; builds processes, SOPs, and ownership structures; triages the CEO’s work; leads high-leverage projects; manages meetings and action items; and runs the CEO’s calendar and inbox. It requires hands-on execution, strong learning ability, humility, directness, and availability during US Eastern hours. The position pays $6,000–$8,000 USD per month plus a 20% annual bonus, is remote, and offers W-2 or 1099 status.
