interface.ai is hiring a former-founder-style CEO Recruiting and Operating Partner to work directly with the CEO and CTO in San Francisco. The role combines hands-on recruiting for critical hires with ownership of company execution, bottlenecks, hiring reviews, talent-channel development, and faster, better-informed decisions. It requires on-site work five days per week and offers a $325,000–$350,000 annual base salary plus meaningful equity, with 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
