TetraScience is hiring a Chief of Staff to the CEO to support the CEO’s engagement with biopharmaceutical executives, technology partners, government agencies, and consortia. The role owns follow-through on strategic relationships, develops science, business, and policy narratives, synthesizes recommendations for senior decision-making, and protects the CEO’s schedule and attention. Candidates need advanced life-sciences training, business or strategy exposure, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel and work flexibly. The position offers a salary of $185,000-$250,000, stock options, employer-paid benefits, a 401(k), unlimited paid time off, and life insurance and disability coverage.
