Insuresoft is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to partner with the CEO and lead company-wide strategy execution, operations and scaling, client experience, product and technology delivery oversight, sales and revenue growth support, and people and culture. The role requires deep insurance-industry knowledge, experience with insurtech platforms or insurance systems, strong financial and P&L ownership, and at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience including 3–5 years in a senior operational or executive role.
