Benchmark Health is hiring a full-time Chief Operating Officer to serve as the operating counterpart to the CEO and lead Product, Operations, Data, Finance, and Human Resources. The role will develop an AI-native operating system for behavioral health, scale care management and partner implementation, support fundraising, maintain financial discipline, and build a high-caliber team. Candidates should have extensive executive experience in payor or provider organizations, significant P&L responsibility, team-building experience, and strong knowledge of behavioral health payment structures; the preferred work location is in person at the company’s Needham, Massachusetts office.
