GadellNet Consulting Services is hiring a full-time Chief Operating Officer to lead operations across service delivery, project management, procurement, cybersecurity, staffing, unit economics, KPIs, customer experience, and executive partnerships. The role translates the CEO’s vision into operating plans, builds and scales high-performing technical services teams, and partners with the CEO, Integrator, and other executives. Candidates need at least five years of progressive operations leadership, including five years at the Vice President level or above with P&L accountability, plus experience in a managed services provider or comparable recurring-revenue professional services firm. The position is open to candidates located in the Denver, St. Louis, and Indianapolis areas and offers compensation of $170,000 to $200,000.
