Description
Simprints is hiring a permanent Chief Operating Officer to strengthen cross-functional execution, governance, compliance, and AI integration across its scaling nonprofit technology company. The role reports to the CEO, works remotely with substantial overlap with UK working hours, and may be full-time or part-time/fractional at 2–3 days per week. Responsibilities include chairing management meetings, clarifying decision-making authority and escalation pathways, improving operational governance and compliance, managing international operational infrastructure, and embedding practical AI workflows. Candidates should have significant operational leadership experience in scaling startups, nonprofits, or technology companies, particularly in global health or international development, along with experience operating as a COO, Chief of Staff, VP Operations, or equivalent senior operational leadership role.
