Description
Solution Tree is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to serve as the CEO's principal operating partner and lead enterprise-wide execution across its education enterprise. The role coordinates strategy, resources, systems, accountability, financial performance, operational continuity, cybersecurity, technology, customer operations, talent, governance, growth initiatives, and acquisitions. The COO will advise the CEO and Board, guide senior leaders, strengthen collaboration, and manage direct reports including executive vice presidents, vice presidents, directors, and general managers.
