Description
Sunland is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead enterprise operations, commercial strategy, organizational performance, safety, quality, financial results, customer success, and strategic execution across the company. The role partners with the CEO and executive leadership, develops strategic customer relationships, leads business reviews and negotiations, builds high-performing leadership teams, and drives digital transformation, automation, AI, and continuous improvement. Candidates need 15+ years of executive leadership experience in third-party logistics or related industries, complex multi-site 3PL operations with full P&L responsibility, experience leading organizations exceeding $100M in annual revenue, strong financial and commercial skills, and a bachelor’s degree; an MBA is preferred.
