Description
The COO will share operational responsibility with the CEO, oversee EPC project execution from handover through commissioning, lead operational teams and external contractors, manage supplier relationships, and ensure cost, schedule, and quality targets for ongoing battery-storage projects. The role also develops processes and structures for company growth and coordinates with grid operators, authorities, construction companies, and experts. Candidates need at least five years of operational leadership experience, an engineering or business-related degree, EPC and supplier-management experience, German and English proficiency, and willingness to travel within Germany.
