SRVS is hiring a full-time Training Coordinator to direct the daily activities of adolescent males in behavioral-management programming and oversee operational leadership, service delivery, strategic execution, workforce management, quality assurance, compliance, risk management, process improvement, facilities, technology, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Services or Business Administration, with preferred qualifications including a master’s degree, extensive nonprofit leadership experience, knowledge of human-services financing and regulatory requirements, and experience with growth, acquisitions, and financial controls.
