The Art Gallery of Ontario is hiring a Chief People Officer in Toronto to provide strategic leadership across the museum’s people and culture agenda. The role advises the executive leadership team and oversees labour relations, talent management, organizational design, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, equity and inclusion, reconciliation, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, health and wellness, HR systems, and organizational culture for an organization with approximately 650 team members and hundreds of volunteers.
