Description
The Chief Pharmacist will manage day-to-day operations across Pharmacy units, focusing on operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, inventory control, customer service, and team performance while supporting business growth and stakeholder satisfaction. The role includes supervising staff, managing stock and resources, maintaining relationships with customers, vendors, regulators, and internal stakeholders, and supporting audits, inspections, reporting, and continuous improvement. Success is measured by sales growth, expense control, fulfillment and inventory accuracy, compliance, patient satisfaction, and team engagement. Candidates should have a pharmacy-related degree, at least four years of relevant management experience, and strong skills in compliance, inventory, budgeting, vendor management, reporting, and leadership.
