PrivateFlite Aviation is seeking a Chief Pilot to lead the operational, cultural, and strategic performance of its growing Part 135 charter operation. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the role oversees flight crew performance, training, scheduling, regulatory compliance, operational control, pilot qualifications, and crew standardization while collaborating with safety, maintenance, sales, and flight control. The position requires an ATP certificate with appropriate aircraft ratings, PIC qualification in a company-operated aircraft, compliance with 14 CFR §119.71, and at least three years of PIC experience under Part 121 or 135.
