Description
The Chief Estimator leads budget and cost-estimate development across Corvant’s commercial and industrial projects, overseeing the full estimating lifecycle for bids and awarded work. The role establishes estimating procedures and tools, performs quantity takeoffs and pricing, evaluates risks and change impacts, assesses constructability, manages subcontractor bids, and coordinates with operations, clients, design teams, and other stakeholders. It requires a high school diploma or GED, a preferred bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, and at least 10 years of commercial construction estimating experience.
