Description
Molex is hiring a Chief Process Engineer, Molding in Pudong, Shanghai, to lead process optimization for high-volume products, manage nonconforming-product disposition, support new-product mass production, review and debug injection-molding tooling, coordinate tooling and fixture acceptance, maintain tooling maintenance plans, prepare process audits, and drive cross-functional process innovation. The role requires a bachelor's degree or higher, at least five years of injection-molding process experience, knowledge of engineering plastics and injection-molding tooling, familiarity with PFMEA, process parameters, checklists, and control plans, and experience managing injection-molding processes in the precision connector industry.
