Renmoney Microfinance Bank is hiring a Chief Product Officer to own the strategic direction and execution of its retail product ecosystem, including lending, banking, insurance, remittances, payments, and lifestyle services. The role will define product roadmaps, drive innovation and profitability, oversee product governance and compliance, lead multidisciplinary product, design, data, and technology teams, build fintech and other strategic partnerships, and report on adoption, profitability, customer experience, and ecosystem growth.
