KIPP Capital Region is hiring a Chief Schools Officer to serve as the senior-most leader accountable for school-level results across its seven K–12 schools. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CSO leads the Schools Team, including Principal Managers and Principals, and is responsible for academic outcomes, principal development and retention, school performance monitoring and intervention, instructional systems, regional accountability, and collaboration with the Chief Academic Officer and Board. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of K–12 experience including five years as a successful principal, and at least two years of network, district, senior, or chief-level leadership experience. The position is full-time and exempt, with a stated salary of $200,000–$225,000, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and other benefits.
