Description
The Stewarding Manager will lead and manage the stewarding department and team at Novotel Jakarta Cikini, overseeing scheduling, training, sanitation, HACCP compliance, kitchen and back-of-house cleaning, equipment and inventory, procurement, vendor coordination, budgeting, reporting, and operational performance. The role requires at least two to three years of supervisory or management experience in stewarding, food service, or hospitality operations, along with HACCP, health and safety, and food safety training certifications, and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
