AmeriSave Mortgage Corp. is hiring a Chief Technology Officer in India to establish and lead its India technology organization while partnering with U.S. technology and business leaders. The role combines executive strategy with hands-on oversight of software engineering, architecture, Azure cloud infrastructure, security, AI and automation, distributed team delivery, organizational development, budgets, and workforce planning. The CTO will recruit and scale engineering, infrastructure, AI, data, security, and technology leadership teams, drive engineering excellence and operational reliability, and guide AI-powered digital mortgage innovation. The position is legally employed in India through Deel, AmeriSave’s Employer of Record partner, and requires authorization to work in India; visa sponsorship is unavailable unless expressly stated otherwise.
