Description
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at IOG will lead the development of world-class products such as Cardano, Midnight, and RealFi. This role involves defining the engineering strategy, owning enterprise technology and architectural direction, and fostering a robust developer ecosystem. The CTO will embed an AI-first philosophy, focusing on agentic programming, and will drive innovation by integrating research ideas from IO Labs. Additionally, the CTO will cultivate a Center of Excellence to attract and develop top-tier engineers, manage budgets, and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
