Description
The Chief Technology Officer leads enterprise-wide technology modernization and OCHIN Epic system optimization for the Los Angeles LGBT Center's IT department. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the CTO directs technology strategy, infrastructure and cybersecurity management, budgets, purchasing, vendor relationships, and innovation initiatives while supervising the Head of Technology and ITS/HIS teams. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, significant technology leadership experience, Epic healthcare technology expertise, and knowledge of healthcare IT compliance and digital transformation. It is primarily office-based with occasional travel and on-call availability for technology emergencies.
