Description
Mapon is hiring a Chief Technology Officer to lead the modernization of its mature, business-critical B2B SaaS platform and build a scalable engineering organization across multiple teams. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CTO will own technology strategy, architecture, engineering leadership, platform evolution, reliability, security, operations, AI and data, and technology integration following acquisitions. The role requires experience leading multi-team engineering organizations in commercial B2B SaaS, strong architectural judgment, production systems expertise, commercial technology decision-making, and fluent English. The base salary starts at EUR 7,000 gross per month, with a performance-based incentive, and the position is hybrid with regular presence at Mapon's headquarters in Riga.
