Description
Capgemini Engineering Japan is seeking a senior technology executive to define the organization’s technology vision and engineering strategy, oversee talent and capability roadmaps, govern architecture and technical risk, prioritize R&D and technology investments, lead product strategy, and serve as the final technical authority for major customer and executive discussions. The role manages multiple practice leaders in a multicultural organization, drives leadership development and AI-era reskilling, establishes Centers of Excellence, standardizes engineering practices such as DevOps, Agile, and V&V, and develops partnerships with universities, research institutions, vendors, and other technology organizations. The position is based in Tokyo/Tsukuba, Japan, with hybrid work available.
