Blackbird Health is hiring a remote Child and Adolescent Intake Therapist to conduct telehealth intake evaluations and provide ongoing individual therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults. The role includes clinical assessments, care planning, progress monitoring, family collaboration, documentation, and participation in optional clinical consultations. Candidates must be independently licensed in Pennsylvania as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD/PhD and have at least one year of experience working with children and adolescents and one year in telehealth or virtual settings. The position offers flexible scheduling, full credentialing, professional liability insurance, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a salary range of $50,000 to $100,000 USD.
