Description
The CY Program Assistant provides direct care, supervision, curriculum implementation, activity planning, safety, assessment, and communication support for children and youth in a Department of Defense child and youth program. The role requires adherence to program policies, mandatory reporting, background and drug testing, and completion of required training. Three entry, intermediate, and target levels are described, with starting pay of $20.46, $21.52, and $23.18 per hour respectively.
