Description
The CY Program Assistant works directly with children and youth in a Department of Defense child and youth program, developing and implementing developmentally appropriate activities, supervising participants, maintaining safe indoor and outdoor environments, supporting special-needs children, communicating with parents and employees, documenting development, and assisting with program compliance. The role requires applicants to be at least 18 years old, provide a high school diploma or equivalent, complete required training, pass background and drug tests, and meet experience and credential requirements for the entry, intermediate, or target level.
