The Greater Philadelphia YMCA is hiring an experienced childcare and education professional for the 2026–2027 school year. The role involves planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, managing classroom behavior, observing and documenting children’s development, communicating with parents or guardians, maintaining attendance and compliance records, organizing learning materials, attending team meetings, supporting fundraising and donor development, and supervising onsite staff.
