Rising Ground is hiring a full-time Residential Treatment Counselor in the Bronx, New York, to provide health, safety, supervision, and support for residents in an agency-operated boarding home. The role includes therapeutic crisis intervention, behavior management, activities of daily living, recreational and educational programming, documentation, multidisciplinary collaboration, and maintaining a safe environment. A high school diploma or GED and a safe driving record are required; experience in a residential treatment center working with adolescents is preferred.
