Description
The CDA® Programs Officer reports to the Executive Director and leads the Early Childhood Innovation Center’s statewide CDA® credentialing programs. The role oversees program implementation, coaching quality, cohort delivery, educator progress, credential completion, staff performance, partner coordination, data and reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement. It directly supervises the CDA® Coordinator and 10 CDA® Coaches, supports programmatic partnerships with Delaware Teacher Academy CTE programs and other education and workforce partners, and makes programmatic decisions and escalations as needed. The position requires strong knowledge of early childhood education, CDA® credentialing, coaching, program leadership, data analysis, and project management; a master’s degree and at least five years of relevant experience are preferred.
