Cortica is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role involves implementing positive behavior strategies, documenting session data, collaborating with families and supervisors, and following crisis protocols. Candidates should have experience working with children, a high school diploma or equivalent, willingness to obtain BCAT certification within 90 days, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and familiarity with EMR systems and Microsoft Office. The position offers part-time schedules, fully paid training and certification, and pay of $23.62 to $31.69 per hour.
