Heartland Community College’s Child Development Lab is hiring a full-time, year-round Child Development Specialist to work on a co-teaching team in infant/toddler or preschool classrooms. The role involves assessing children’s development, planning curriculum, maintaining safe learning environments, communicating with families, conducting screenings, mentoring college students, and supporting accreditation compliance. The position is based on campus in Central Illinois and requires in-person attendance.
