Positive Development is hiring a part-time Child Development Specialist to work one-on-one with autistic children in home-based or center-based settings. The role coaches children through play, conversation, and shared activities to build communication, social, and daily living skills; documents progress; and collaborates with clinicians and supervisors. Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform physical tasks. The position pays $22–$28 per hour for direct-pay work and $20 per hour for training or administrative work, with part-time schedules available Monday through Friday or Saturday and Sunday.
