MSG Entertainment is hiring a seasonal Child Guardian Additional for its Christmas Spectacular production at Radio City Music Hall. The role provides direct supervision, safety, and well-being support for child performers during rehearsals, performances, and production activities; enforces New York child performer labor regulations; escorts children through backstage and performance areas; maintains attendance and incident records; assists with costume changes; communicates with parents and production staff; and administers basic first aid. The position requires availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and multi-show days, along with the ability to work a flexible schedule and travel to other venues as needed.
